KookyChow

When I worked at VeggieTales, way back in the old days, I had a good friend there in the 3-D department by the name of Bryan. He was (and is) a very interesting fellow who typically came to work in his pajamas and beard. He's now an art professor at a college in the midwest.

Of more specific interest, though, is the fact that he maintains a site on odd edibles called KookyChow. If you're extremely lax on time, you might want to visit it.

Let me try that again. This is off the subject of Bloater Cream--or whatever that is--but since you seem rather (ahem) conservative, have you seen this article? I thought it was well-written and interesting.

I don't know if I did that link right, I'm not as techy as my husband. If it doesn't work it's Mark Steyn's article in The Australian Opinion on August 18.

Conservative? Heh...somewhat, though I don't consider myself a Republican (I think we have two parties in power these days: the stupid party and the nitwit party).
Thanks for that link. I just ran off and read it. I've read a great deal of Mark Steyn's pieces before and have always been intrigued and impressed by him. This piece is particularly disturbing; I have a lot of friends and relatives in Holland, the UK and Germany, and the population decline is an extremely real and frightening problem that seems to be snowballing. These sorts of trends make me very nervous for my children's future.
