There's something extremely satisfying about a slice of sourdough, broiled with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms on it.

waaay better than another round of mac 'n cheese.
Yum. I could go for some mac 'n cheese. Throw together some penne pasta, fresh cheddar, a little garlic, and a dash of white wine. Yow.
