Television Replacements

Our infant has grown to the age where he regards the washing machine with great interest. It's one of those glass-fronted machines, and he sits in front of it with contentment. Obviously, it's the equivalent of television for him, and that's all he's going to get. The washing machine is much cleaner, of course, and it doesn't seem to be affecting his attention span.

Though, we don't let him watch it when lingerie is being washed. You have to draw the line somewhere.

Excellent idea. Can we stick them IN it for alternative playtime and gymnastics?

PS Got the magazine. I actually used to subscribe - after Cal Thomas came and taught at my journalism school.

Then I became disenchanted...

But I will give it a second chance for the ol' fighting Irish. Or for those ol' crazy right wingers. (Said lovingly due to my husband's affiliations...)

So I thank you.
